    I've been blowing from the threaded batt end to clear out excess juice from mouth end. Might be the reason the carts are failing so soon.

    Just tried to use a tooth pick and it seemed to make the fill harder. The juice wants to grab onto it. If I am careful is it okay to forego the toothpick?

    All right, this is helpful so far. And what's the point of the tooth pick? I have an eyedropper bottle w/ sharp tip I use to mix juices. I'm pretty accurate with the drops. Just to make sure the air tube doesn't get juice in it?

    Oddly, I use about 20% VG / 80% VG and my sinuses and chest have really cleared up. I think they like the moisture. Also, I've had the start of two head colds since I began and vaping seemed to curtail it. Usually goes throat - sinuses - lungs. Stopped cold. Not an RX but hey, who knows.
