70/30 on the juice & I have tried a range of volts from 3.3 on up. No mater what I get dry hits with in a few hits. I even tried taking off the metal drip tip that comes with it and putting one of my well used plastic tip so see if it was not be use to the taste of juice over the metal. Took... -

I was under the impression that the nest was not to come off the tank. Only the drip tip & carto were removable. DId you get it put back together? I have never rebuilt anything so I cannot help there. -
