    to be honest with you.. it sounds as if the atty is getting flooded and getting liquid in the threads causing the battery not to work.. 510 batteries are not that long lasting so I would say buy a passthrough.. and let the batteries charge longer..

    the passthrough is basically a plugged in battery unit.. so yes you would still need atty and carts.. the advantage to it is.. that the 510 batteries are not all that great.. so if you could plug one in when you are at the computer in the car, if you get a wall adapter at your couch instead...

    it should not need to be cut.. the cutting with water is only done if the liquid is thicker than you like it.. everclear cuts it also and helps with throat hit.. with only pg you could probably start with 10% flavor since the taste of the nicotine is not there to cover up
