Just realized I didn't actually answer your question. I like the regular grand better if you have a quality rba for it. I had the kicked grand side by side with the vv grand and I used the kicked grand twice as much as the vv. -

I ran a kick in my grand for several months and I would have said go with the vv grand until I tried this coil setup. I took out my kick and like my grand and mini 2.1 just as well if not better than I like my vv grand when using the same setup on all three. It doesn't make any sense to me but...
