To cap a perfect weekend. We are really proud to announce that ECF has chosen us as a new Forum Supplier! It's a huge step for us and we certainly could not have done it without all of you!
I'm sorry I'm a little slow on answering questions with Vape Bash now in full progress! I'll take some time in little bit to catch up questions and emails. If you're near Chicagoland, come out and say hi!
I'm the ugly dude with the beautiful Amber on my shoulder! That is Josh next to me...
Quartz cuts cleaner and is easier to flame polish the ends perfectly. So the finished product looks a little nicer and is actually cheaper than flame polished Pyrex. Performance-wise....about the same. you drop it, it breaks:)
Not yet on the XL. Actually it probably will never be Pyrex for the ProV2 XL. The upcoming glass option for all models including the XL will be Fused Quartz. Pyrex is good but Fused Quartz is better. But that is still 2-3 weeks out, since the manufacturer has a long processing time.

We're in the Vape Bash prep mode right now, but we have made progress on the top port. We have done it in a cnc repeatable method with M2 threads. So it is progressing.

Here ya go...Grey in the center of 2 Black Onyx tanks. That is also the Black Onyx under a light.
The unfinished caps are just for effect. Nothing is actually built into tanks here, I just layed a tube between a pair of caps. But you get the idea.

We know that "Super-Sizing" is not politically correct right now, but we felt we had put so much R&D into this tank that we had no choice but release it. Josh, here at Vaperfexion introduces it.
HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY!
Ok, got that out of my system! Business at hand...Most Pyrex is now up. Only thing is there is no exact fit tube for the new 19mm Pro-V, which wasn't even out yet, when this order was placed. The standard mini tube will fit it, but the carto will be inside the top cap about 1/8", which shouldn't...
Pyrex has arrived. I still want to go through and inspect it all, before I put it up. But from the first few pieces I checked out, I am pretty happy with the quality this time.
I will try to get it up this evening.

For such a simple tank, the 22mm Cartomator VX just keeps causing us problems! The machine running them burned up a servo motor shortly after we started. So, they are going to end up getting delayed until we can squeeze them in on our other machines.
The Centauri LG's are completing as we...
Sorry about that. I had to edit this because we had a batch issue with the first run of 22mm VX caps, so I made the decision to toss them and start again. So we are working today and doing it all over again. So hopefully the VX will be up for sale tonight if all goes well.
I'll keep you...
If you go to the website and click on the 19mm end cap category, find the slanted caps and if you slide the cursor across the photos, I am pretty sure it shows them. Not on a tank, but it shows you the cap types (I think). We are going to discontinue making 2 different types of slants shortly...
We have used Mirco's frequently and they are decent quality for general use. But they are still just a carbide coated steel shank vs. solid Tungsten shank. Not a big deal until we spin up our Haas to some pretty high rpms. The even bigger factor is the Mirco is still just a standard flute that...
M2.5 is actually what we're eyeing. The biggest problem is the wall of our caps stagger the inner and outer o-ring grooves for strength and the space we have to plunge a hole between them is a hair less than 5/64". That in itself is doable. However drill bits that small, typically can wander a...
