This is the dilemma. We could actually improve the PT3 substantially across the board. It needs improvement in materials, airflow, aesthetics and function. The Aspire is pretty darn good as it sits. Although I personally find it sort of ugly. So the only real upgrades would come in the areas of...
We are also looking at making an Aspire Nautilus Coil compatible tank and it seems to be the shop consensus so far as the version we should build.

I already see part of the airflow issue. Unbelievable that Kanger engineers missed something so simple. I think the first step is duplicate the Kanger model in our shop and then make tweaks and see how it performs.

We have been toying with this idea for a bit now. Especially since it is a fairly good concept that gets dragged down by inferior materials and quality in the end product. We need input on what is desired, what needs to be fixed from the Kanger model and if this is even a worthwhile idea. We...
Well we have gotten side tracked with our final phase of moving into our new shop and setting up new machinery. It hasn't left much time to finish up the VEXGEN and some other new projects. But we are now moving forward again. Should be making the first production run this month.

Many people think products materialize from thin air or are outsourced to China. Welll, we do it the good old fashioned way. We make them! While most know us here for our carto tanks. We are also makers of firearms, optical casings (Scope bodies, Night vision housings) Aircraft Bushings and...
I think you misunderstood. I was only showing the Black cap as an example of shape. Not color or material. The Cartomator SS would be this cap shape in Stainless Steel

The shield recess is for cartos that have a flange/shield at the threaded end. The recess is a milled indentation in the cap to allow the Carto flange to sit inside it and therefore sit flush and not create an unsightly gap between the cap and device. This is an unfinished VX cap right out of...
Yes, I should have pics up of all the Ti varieties within days. I wouldn't buy something without seeing it! In fact, we have the VXTi bottom cap proof caps on the cnc today. These are the proving out stage of the CAD blueprint. That way we can check tolerances and if the feeds and speeds are...
Our tanks themselves are built to not interfere with the air flow from any carto that you choose. We go out of our way to make sure our tanks allow full circulation. The carto maker themselves determines the stiffness or looseness of the draw of their product. So the tank isn't at fault for...
Both tanks look awesome! I love the Red Copper/Carbonite M3. Speaking of....The small size M3 just arrived , so matching M3 drip-tips in all 5 metals should be forthcoming in the next week or so. The 5th metal is a new one....Red Copper and Blue Bronze.
The VEXGEN 22mm RBA Beta Insert in it's current and pretty much final form. Excuse the dings, this is a very used VEXGEN!
Shown inside a standard 22mm Cartomator VX with standard Fused Quartz Regular Size tube. The only remaining work needing to be completed is the drip-tip adapter, which...
I thought we did away with Type IV and V! Pretty sure we did in the interest of simplicity.
The choices for those must still be there?
The 22mm RBA Insert is progressing very nicely. Honestly...it's completely releasable in it's current form. I keep making small tweaks and the small tweaks end...
How did I know you'd be the first to say something? You must have the word "titanium" saved as a constant global search! It won't disappoint, I promise!
Our machines are finally making the first production run of Titanium caps today and the finished tank models will debut in about 7-10 days. The first models will be Titanium versions of the 19mm Cartomator, the 22mm Cartomator VX and the 22mm skirted Pro-VX.
We are not doing the Pro-V2 trimmed...
