    does your light stay on? When you put an Atty on it foes it continuously fire. Sounds like a bad battery to me if it does flat overnight after using it only ten minutes

    Id see if you can get a new one from LF if i were you. Chances are it is broken. Take a dmm and test the voltage after it is fully "charged". should read around 4.2 first fire after its charged

    I believe 14650s are just a tad larger. A 14500 should fit, if not you can use a small piece of metal to make the connection, you can also stretch the springs a bit to get a firm contact
