About 8 wraps of 32 kanthal A1 around one strand of 2mm Ekowool, giving me 2.5 ohm resistance. Vaping it at 8.5 watts on my Kicked Grand. Not as impressive as Plaz's kick ... ribbon coil but effective. -

I think if you're looking for a rebuildable for a carto tank, stillnotsmoking hit it with the Killer 705. I've seen and read good things about them in carto tanks.
