    Thanks for all the great input, guys! Been watching the smoketek site in case i stay with my 808 gear for a while. My last purchase was a 1300ma battery from Lakeshore Vapors as a gift for a friend but ended up keeping it. That thing lasts forever! Still leaning toward switching to the 510s though.

    I tend to take the attitude that fellowships like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous have- be there when they are ready. Until then, stay clean or sober or, in this case, smoke free. Let them see it works by NOT lighting up. That's the best advertising there is.

    Somehow i managed to melt the end of an acrylic tip with a standard ohm carto and an 808 280ma battery- just your run of the mill v4l manual... And wasn't even running dry.
