    2 weeks

Mike - best to do a lot of reading on this forum. Any question you can think of has already been asked. Myself, I would recommend starting off with a Riva. Great battery life, will handle the low resistance atomizer/cartomizers. As for nicotine, I started at 24mg. Went to 18 and then 12...

CASAA member meeting: Sunday, July 3rd, 2011 at 730PMEST

This will be my first meeting and not real sure how to operate Teamspeak. I sent an email to the board with questions and will show up a half hour early to see if I can get it working. Hig

Yes, let us know how you are doing. Did you find out what it was? Are you still smoking? Can you vap now? It's like someone tore out the last chapter from a good book.

So upset! I think I have to stop vaping.

I'm going to stop reading threads from page 1. It was like a good book. I even bookmarked it, went and had lunch and came back to finish it. Get to the end and find it's been over a month since the last update. *sigh*

    Shake the Juice?

Specific Gravity is a term used to compare the weight of a liquid with water. Water = 1. Of course I used A-1 sause for years before I read the label that said to "Shake Well". ;-)

    I need an E-cig

You have come to the right place. Read some of these threads; E-Cigarette Success Stories I smoked for 45 years and tried everything to quit. A regular Joye 510 with cartridges got me to quit the first day. Well, I did have four left in the pack that I finished, but not a single one since 6...

    Shake the Juice?

Could that something else be "specific gravity"?

    100% VG Juices Like Vaperite

Dave - I forgot to mention. Add Kick Base Vapors to your list. I think they will mix 100% VG to order and their RY4 is fantastic at 3.7v or 5v. KickBassVapor E-Liquid Hig

    100% VG Juices Like Vaperite

Dave - Let me recommend a quick fix and then you can spend many months trying out different juices. Order a bottle of Boba's Bounty from Alien Visions and an inexpensive 5 volt box mod. Many good ones out there, but read the thread on this one...

Two weeks today - Analog free from day one.

Notice any withdrawl effects yet? Everyone is different, but something will start to show after 2 weeks. Congrats and welcome to the forum. Hig

    They're catching on

The Riva is a great place to start! Vapor Junction has them on sale with the 1100 mAH batteries and the coupon code for June is "summerheat" for 15% off that. Plenty large enough battery when you want to try low resistance (LR) atomizers or cartomizers and one battery will last you all day...

New member, started with an NPRO NJOY from 7-11

Those are the same mistakes we all made. Learn to push a button is the first thing. Auto batteries are open and if you flood the atty you can ruin the battery. A tank model in the size she wants has not been invented yet, but give them a couple more years and I'm sure it will be there.

Planning my Quit smoking strategy, need help with ecig

Kim - It might be harder for you to quit because you are being forced to and maybe not wanting to quit. I smoked for 45 years with some of that being 3 packs a day when drinking beer and playing online games. After learning how to make the e-cig work properly, I still finished the 4 smokes I...

    I need direction. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

Since some of us are throwing names around of the mods we LOVE ;-) Besides asking Santa for a Provari, I absolutely love my Foxy Box Mod. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-cigarette-suppliers-forum/183648-quality-3-7v-box-mods-19-5v-box-mods-28-a.html It's a true 3.7v and I also...

    I need direction. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

I can't tell you anything about tanks. Some love them and many others have had problems. I like cartomizers, which is a atomizer and cartridge in one unit. A 1.5 ohm dual coil cartomizer on a 3.7 volt PV is wonderful, however rule of thumb is; you need a 450 mAH battery or better. 380 mAH on...

Need a new pv, well actually want one

I have a Riva and love it. Vapor Junction has them with the 1100 mAH battery. Right now my new favorite is Foxy Box Mods. Check out what folks say; http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-cigarette-suppliers-forum/183648-quality-3-7v-box-mods-19-5v-box-mods-28-a.html I was impressed with...

Quality 3.7v Box Mods from $19 5v Box Mods from $28

Ciego - Not sure if it's the same wick material as a Boge, but I tried the first cleaning of two SmokeTech 1.5 ohm dual coil clear cartos and was impressed. Used them for just over 2 weeks and decided to run them under hot tap water. Since they are clear cartos and both dark juices, it was...

    Backwoods brew ordering thread

Kirst - thanks for the review. I'm also a newbe and seems like our taste in juice runs along the same lines. A few you mentioned I haven't tried, but will now. Only one we differ on is Backo. You said not much tobacco and my wife asked me not to vap that one in the house because it smells...
