    In general, lower the capacity of battery means higher the voltage drop will be. Of course that doesnt mean, that i can use standard li-ion for subohming. Small red efest are rated at 6amp and are high drain imr batteries!

    IMO its a mechanical tube mod like nemesis/stingray in 18350 or 18350+kick module/18500 mode with kayfun/aqua/similar rba (with hybrid connector). It is "thick", but its also short. From caa 12cm! - 15.5cm, depends on the battery and rba :) Red line is at 15cm.

    Overlap isnt that crucial. At the end you want the coil to start glowing from the middle to the outside. When the cotton/silica is in the coil and its saturated with juice, the coil shouldnt glow at all!! Wraps are tight together (most of us use that type of coil) or have space between them...

    Yes if you want to stay safe. Check the explosions of standard li-ion batteries on youtube ;) IMR li-ion batteries are safer, but still dangerous when too much current flows through them!

    Mine rsst didnt leak really so i didnt missed the well. Why well and not wall? :) Interesting is, how many RDAs are without wall. Stupid... Most of the makers see only money, not a great design and customer satisfaction which is most important at the end... :(

    I dont have silica anymore, but i tried with 2mm, which was too thin. I like cotton very much, because its organic/natural material and its freakin cheap :) One day i will build rsst again if i coudnt sell it :D

    18500 are good enough for subohming, 18350 are empty really quick... ! Its not that huge voltage drop on 18500 and its still decent battery capacity so i would go for that size. For extreme subohming like 0.2 ohm, there are only usable 18650 30Amps limit batteries like sony vct5 :)

    Yeah i saw filling aqua upside down, but i kinda forgot about it because it was gurgly for quite some time after trying it. I measured now and can fill only a good 2ml in aqua with regular filling. I thought its more than that... I fill it normally, because i know exactly how much juice to use...
