    It's less than a second, it's not a problem at all really, I'm just used to my coils firing instantly because I usually do a 0.4Ohm dc with 28 gauge. I'll put all of the info up soon, I just didn't have the time like I thought I would.

    I built a 0.193 Ohm dual coil, it takes a second to heat up (as was expected) but after it heats up, vapor, vapor, vapor... I haven't had a chance to take pictures and a video yet but I will soon. I'm going to build it a little lower to see if I can get the heat up time reduced, we'll see.

    How far is the silver contact telescoped out in the switch? If mine gets out too far it rattles. I always have it screwed down into the switch as far as it will go and then screw the switch in to close any battery gap.

    The 18mg box option is new it's starting this month. They haven't updated all of their advertising/faq, but there is an option to get an 18mg box or a 6mg box this month. I believe they are also working on other nic levels but for now, 6 or 18mg is what they're offering.
