My cyber Monday purchase is a Full Size Zombie.. Loose board for sure. My late October purchase (full size black) is solid as can be. The mini black that I purchased used had a loose board. No loose screws or nuts here. poop happens. I am very confident they will fix. Rob -

Had a Mini with that loose board issue. They fixed it, no issues. Sold the mini so I could buy another full size. Purchased one on cyber Monday, and now it has the loose board issue. It will be going in soon. Rob -

Internal wobble
I had a thread on that issue some time ago, If I recall correctly, it was about 8 days from the time I shipped it out to when I received it back. That was a few weeks back and USPS is slightly slower now due to holiday traffic. Rob -
