RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

From my experience, a tightly rolled mesh wick will work better than a loosely rolled one. In essence, the smaller the hole down the center of the wick, the less the juice has to fight against gravity. Here's a nice app that lets you know how much mesh to use to make a "solid" wick (this works...

RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

Yeah, mine is pretty sad most of the time. But I'm on the opposite side of the juice/heat spectrum; I'm vaping at about 1.7 ohms, with rather thin juice... 70/30. So I doubt it's the juice we're using. Perhaps there's more empty space in the top cap than other genesis atomizers? Or...

The VHO Cronus, or: I think I'm in love, but she'll be an expensive date.

I thought I got lucky when I found that they're selling for a little over 160 on the VapeHead Origins website... until I realized the cheapest shipping they offer to the States is 74 dollars. haha, and I thought 24 bucks coming from France was a bit crazy! Fury, I have a lot of respect for the...

    This can't be serious?!

Their atomizers have a 12 month warranty... See, there's always a positive. ;-)

The VHO Cronus, or: I think I'm in love, but she'll be an expensive date.

So I'm looking at getting a new mechanical mod. I tend to think about my mod purchases very carefully, and I only own three (EA Mod, Galileo, and Galileo USA). I did own a Smoktech Telescope, but I was curious how the brass underneath looks, so I kinda tore it apart real good. Anyway, I've been...

RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

Hmmm... I usually get the best throat hit from mesh. I think we might need to see a picture of your setup to see what's going wrong. Are all of your coils firing up equally? Sometimes I don’t even see a hotspot, but the top coil glows much brighter than the rest. The only other thing I can think...

RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

Did you position the airhole directly in front of the wick? I'm running about 1.6 ohms, and my vapor production is alright. I've always gotten better vapor production from silica wicks, but the flavor and hit of the mesh is what keeps me coming back. :-) Perhaps I haven't mastered them yet...

RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

There's no shame in 1.7 ohms... on the EA M Tank I'm beta testing (set up with mesh), I normally run 1.5 ohms or so. I prefer to use 32 gauge, and I actually had trouble at first because my ohms were too low (but it does use a pretty skinny wick). Just reduce the wrap by one and you should be...

RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

Just got my Richman today! Beautiful little thing... looks great on my EA Mod, and even looks good on my Galileo, but it's a little awkward on that one. Quick question, though, as I've never owned an AGA-T/T2... on the middle tube (the thing that insulates the center post through the...

    Ea mod

Sadly I'm a little behind the times with technology... I don't own a decent camera or a smart phone. I think my concern was that the poor connection/hot button was a result from the brass beginning to oxidize again. It's hittin' like a hammer now, so I'm not sure what was wrong. The only...

    Ea mod

So I picked up a new polish a week and a half or so ago... Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish. Worked wonders on my EA; I've never seen the button shine like that! Now the color (particularly on my airflow control cap) has turned a very nice, solid "dirty gold", I'll call it. However, the color is a...

RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

I have an AGA-S, and it wouldn't screw onto my EA (the normal cap or the airflow control). It's just gotten me paranoid that some stuff might not fit. ... It probably would have looked terrible anyway. haha

RichMan Vapors Rebuildable Atomizer coming soon

I have no idea how I got to the website from Google, but I saw this thing and just fell in love. Ordered one without a single hesitation. Now I'm just hoping it'll screw onto my EA Mod, as I've heard some tanks (the AGA's in particular) have finicky threads. :p

    Ea mod

The ground post is glued into the base (I wish they didn't do that). After my first polish just using a Q-tip, it became loose and with a few wiggles, it popped right out. I scraped the glue off the post and the base, popped it back in and now it's a breeze to clean. :-) And if I ever feel like...

    Ea mod

My button gets hot every now and again (I'm a 1.4 to 1.8 ohm kinda guy), but it's usually from the oxidation on the button and ground post. I believe the oxidation adds resistance, and we all know something with resistance heats up. I actually polish my contacts regularly, the top part of the...

    Ea mod

They put the sunburst logo on the mod now? That makes me want another one. I ordered mine straight from EA back in January, and got #270. I've polished the contacts quite a bit (and removed the glue from the gronding post so I can clean it easier), but... still my main mod!

Terminator/Nautilus/Choddy/Oddy Clone Pics, Tip,Tricks and Quirks

It says 1.5, but it sure looks fat; more like 2 or so. Fits in the channels with a little press. I'm also using that second small strand at the coils like Scott showed. What most concerns me is that metallic taste that comes and goes. To my knowledge that usually means a short or a hot leg...

Terminator/Nautilus/Choddy/Oddy Clone Pics, Tip,Tricks and Quirks

So I just got the Terminator yesterday (Stormy is awesome, by the way). After going through 3 feet of NR wire, I finally got the coil-making right. But my problem lies with the juice control, and the flavor. It seems to be wicking okay, with a more than occasional metallic taste, that "new coil"...

It said on the page they were going to... won't know for sure until I have it.

    Ea mod

With the shipping, it was about a hundred bucks. Not bad considering the finished tank will be about 150 euros, which is as much as the EA Mod itself. I bought the airflow control from Finnvape the other day, too... my post office must love me.
