    I put an o-ring I thought was extra tight into the top cap simply because of what Pluid can do to them. Filled it up, and it leaked everywhere! haha. Never had that happen to me before, but that's the only thing I did different, so I'm positive that o-ring was the problem.

    Hello fellow Kayfuner's, I've got a question for you. I plan to rock some Pluid in my Kayfun Lite. I want to know if I should worry about melting the isolators. Does anyone have experience with this? Replacing the O-rings is easy and expected, but I'm just not sure about the isolators.

    Will a higher ohm coil last longer than a lower ohm coil?

    Usually a lower ohm coil will have a thicker wire, or just less wraps. But typically, a higher ohm coil will last a bit longer, but it's nothing to do with the material itself (thicker wire, etc). It's just because the lower the ohms, the hotter it burns, and the hotter it burns, the faster...

    I smoked for about 8 years (albeit quite heavily, looking back) before I switched. I bought a cig-a-like as a gag because I told my girlfriend I would try to quit (although I had very little intention of actually doing it; I enjoyed smoking). Well, the rest is history!

    If it's anything like the real Chi You, you have to unscrew the brass contact, and remove the button. After that the lock ring should screw off the bottom cap.

    You can find packs of springs at Home Depot for about 5 bucks, I'm sure one would fit (even if you have to cut it to size). I've replaced the stock spring for one of my own in most of the mods I own :-)
