Question about Mech mods conductivity
Think about it this way. The electricity has the entire mod to flow through, whether it's stainless steel or copper. That's a lot of space to move around in. But they're all directed to and from those little pins that touch the battery. So really, you want those pins to be as accepting of that... -

I won't ask who you got it from, but I can say that selling a clone as authentic (which is fraud) is business suicide for any vendor. In other words, I would doubt they ripped you off if they're even a mildly recognized name. I'd say you have a better chance of being ripped off if you bought it... -

Noalox and mods
Yeah, it makes your mods thread like butter... but it's an absolute nightmare to clean off, especially if it's on a telescopic mod. I personally don't use it anymore (even on my aluminum mods) because after a while it gets gunked up, and it just makes my mods feel grimy. -
Stainless steel grading in mods and attys
The difference is in cost... and coolness in saying it's 316. There's no way that a 2% difference in nickel and chromium would make much of a difference for us vapers. The big difference between 304 and 316 is that 316 has a bit of molybdenum (about 2%), and this just helps it against chlorides... -

Some people use fine sandpaper to remove tarnish, others use a regular pencil eraser. I'm a polishing fan myself. Get some Mothers Mag & Aluminum polish, it'll make those copper pieces shine! Copper oxidizes really easily, and really quickly, so once you polish them and install them, wipe them... -

Helios Dual Coil
You just take a single strand of silica and wrap it over itself, making a U shape, and wrap the coil around/closer to the two free ends. Helios Dual Coil
Here's my usual build on my Helios, which is always a wonderful vape for me. 2.5mm silica looped, 5 wraps of 30g Kanthal for each coil, gets me around 0.7 ohms if I recall. What do you refer to your device as?
First and foremost I call them by their name. Like, "This is my Provari..." or "My Galileo and Kayfun...", which usually gets people's interest.
