    I'd lost 5 lbs the first month of vaping. I would have loved to lose another 40 but I've realized that ain't gonna happen. Good part is that I haven't gained as I did the last bout of quitting smoking, more or less cold turkey. I had gained 25 lbs in one month.

I was at my Father's bedside when he died of complications resulting from emphysema, basically pneumonia and I vowed to quit cigarettes forever.     I remember those too. Wasn't it just about a year or two ago that some faction of the federal government wanted pictures of this kind of stuff on each and every pack of cigarettes? I don't believe these scare tactics are ever effective. They are pretty gross though.

    It seem to me that a mod/mech could measure volts and ohms without causing interference to the circuit. I would agree that it isn't a mech if interference by whatever is measuring those values is proven. Otherwise, it's still my opinion that's it's a mech. Otherwise, why the locking ring?

    Ketsuban, B&M owners I knew (out of business now) were telling their customers that setting watts was the first step and setting volts would "fine tune" their wattage setting. B&M owners should absolutely know the features of the products they're selling.

    Per your last description, if you're in power mode, you're vaping a 8 watts. If you're in the voltage mode, you're vaping at 3.8 volts. One setting does not affect the other.
