    Just for the heck of it, I tried vaping at 0 nic just to see what would happen. After about 3 hours I began to experience strong cravings, not for tobacco however, but for sweets. Chocolate, pie, cake..... I didn't succumb and just went back to vaping at 6 nic. No strong cravings since.

    It's normal. There's juice under the oring. Just wipe a napkin or paper towel around the ring and it'll kinda suck the juice out from behind it returning it to its original tightness.

    I code mine with time & date of arrival and keep this information on a spreadsheet and a programmed mini micro chip on each battery. An additional spreadsheet on a thumbnail drive is kept under my bed in an empty but sterilized mayonnaise jar and also in my safe deposit box at my bank.

    changing tastes... you were right!

    I too was among those that thought I'd have to have a tobacco flavored juice to replace the cigarettes. Fortunately, the spectrum of other flavorings allow us an avenue to distance ourselves even further from tobacco and its related problems.
