    Mine is being able to get up off of the floor without any type of aid when looking under something like the bed. All the other benefits, while significant, are secondary to me.

    I've had one smoking dream in the past 9 months, I think about 3 months after quitting. Other times quitting without any aids the dreams occurred often. The dreams always stopped once I resumed smoking. (That ain't gonna happen this time, BTW.)

    Any of the desert type flavors I've tried just tasted like dry sand. Cactus and Yucca tree come to mind. However, the dessert flavors I've tried can be very tasty! Just saying!!

    I started craving occasionally just after six months. I have no idea why but it really doesn't matter to me. I'll vape a bit more and forget about it. Vaping may be a crutch for me but it's a crutch that supports me well. There's absolutely no reason for me to ever return to cigarettes.
