    Thanks, not blaming VW at all, I spoke to them and they were quite apologetic....never had a package lost before, wouldnt even know what to do, just tell them, let them resend it, and have them claim insurance on it? The worst part is if it doesnt come by tomorrow, chances are its not coming...
