    Micro coils and ohms description

That's what I had been using, a 16G luer needle. But I enlarged the coil because you said to. haha I also have the 18G luer needle but it's smaller than the 16G. :) So is the 16G needle about 5/64?

    Moving in to mechanical mods?

I've got a good amount of cotton on the floor but not under the coils. My juice is 80/20 pg/vg. I added a little VG but it didn't seem to help. I think I could get good vapor if I could stand the heat. I think I'll try putting a little thicker cotton thru the coils.

    Moving in to mechanical mods?

The Ohm reader is handy because you can not only build your coil right there on it but you can check the Ohms while tinkering with the coil/wires. Then check it when you think you're done and if okay, then you're good to go. But...what would make for a hot vape with little vapor? Too little...

    Provari Mini.... or nah?

I don't know why anyone wouldn't love the Provari. It's a high-quality made Mod, easy to hold and use, and practically invincible. I love the Mini. I have several of the best tube vv mods and the Provari is the best IMHO. :) Don't forget to look on the Classifieds. :)

    Micro coils and ohms description

Thanks, Sirius. New to dual-coils. I'll go do my homework. Actually, I'm just curious because the RM2 on the Reo is just the cat's meow for me with 1.0 ohm single coils. :)

    Micro coils and ohms description

Looks like I've got some things to learn. Is there a good thread here giving info on the difference between building single and dual coils and one that might tell the difference between building coils on a mechanical vs a regulated mod? :)

    Micro coils and ohms description

Can somebody tell me how many wraps I need for dual coils using a 16G needle and 28G Kanthal to get about 1.2 Ohms?

    Car ransacked, OG Mini stolen

I got the top of my little Fiat sliced and my tape deck stolen the very night before heading for Shepherd AFB in Texas for officer's training school. Do you know how that felt? (the tape deck thing dates me, huh :) ) I was just sick. Then I had to drive straight to Luke AFB in Phoenix, all...

6 month warranty is good! It means it won't up and die before at least 6 months. But I think the video said 90 days. Oh well, we're going to enjoy it while we have it and I'll bet the price comes down even further before long. :)

I ordered mine from eLeaf on the 11th and got it on the 13th. Can't get better than that! It's the magenta (bright dark pink) that eLeaf called 'red' but I've got a shorty drip tip from FT that matches it exactly. I can't find one single negative. It's beautiful, it's tiny, feels perfect in...
