    Dekang's official website is HERE but unless you plan on ordering a huge quantity of ejuice it won't make sense. They only sell in bulk. For a good source of genuine Dekang you can check out Zainy or Ocean Vapor on Vaporhawk. (Minimum 5 bottles per flavor)
