    How did you receive the note, im just curious. Was it a phone call or a note in your mailbox? And how long has it been since you posted and receive the note? There is no one reliable supplier overseas (there is always a risk), best bet is to get them locally (although, you'll have a limited choice).

    Depending on the vendor, some edit below, some way above RM2000 (hardware, not juice and yes, opened by custom). I dont tell them to underdeclare unless they ask me or they do it without asking me.
