If you have a local bank, I think most, if not all bank has a visa version of ATM card that you can use as a credit card for paypal payment.     Were you referring to my post? If so, I tried purchasing from gotvapes.com, it said at the checkout that "Sorry we do not ship to your location" or something to that extend. I contacted them and they said they do not ship to Malaysia... sigh~ =/
