    That is just terrible! =( Dont hate all Malaysians for this though, it is true there are some rotten apple here but not all Malaysians are like this. We have a small but very passionate GG community here =)

    Dropping the retail price is not gonna help =) They are sold for as cheap as 40 euros here and they can afford it cause the materials used are cheap. Serial number will still work as we can always verify with the resellers, if in doubt =) PS: I didnt notice the difference in the mouth piece...

    I have seen the actual thing and it's sad that the outside looks similar. For regulars it's not a problem as you can see a slight difference in the finishing. Also the actual ring and the clear window looks different too. But it's a problem for new guys that are not familiar with the ithaka...

    I dont think you can use it as it is, but correct me if im wrong =) I think it was done that way for picture purpose, hehe =) When i setup mine in 350 mode, i use a brass rethreater, looks pretty good that way =) But i generally would only use my ithaka with 650 or 490 =)
