    3ml of flavoring in 30ml(27ml, to make a total of 30ml with flavoring) is 10% flavoring. Depending on how strong you want your mix, it may be too little. Though if you're just starting out trying DIY I'd recommend just making 5ml mixes to test out flavors. Probably not with nic juice either, so...

    You won't find a vendor in Canada that sells 60mg nic. You'll be lucky to find one that sells anything above 36mg.

    It's probably too late now, but a note for the future if this happens to you or anyone else again; You can squeeze the juice out of the paper towel back into a bowl (USE GLOVES) and then take a syringe and refill the bottle. You won't get the whole 20ml back but you'll at least get a LITTLE...
