    another noob reo thread...

32awg kanthal is pretty high resistance stuff; try a 4 wrap - should put you around 1.5 ohm. Or twist 2-3 strands together to lower the overall resistance before wrapping a coil. While you're playing with that, order some 28 or 30awg kanthal to get yourself more wraps and lower resistance.

    dripper RDA's VS kayfun/fogger/oddy ??

The fogger v2 is pretty. Huge as well and pretty damn heavy as well. Add to that a royal PITA to get setup and working properly... I may play around with it again one day, but it's been retired to the Island of Lost Toys for the time being. I, too, wanted all the greatness of dripping with the...

    MsTs Bakery Updates

NOPE! Same here. Two day priority mail and it's been sitting at the same status for three days now... I can't even find the words to express my anger with this whole situation. Every time I try, my thought process develops Tourette's and I have to stop myself from punching a hole through...

    Coil-Wick Hybrid, if you will...

I'm getting the feeling I would have to use a wider diameter ribbon in order to get the folds to interlock when adding the extra material in between. That's a pretty cool idea above as well. Were you getting any hot spot issues? That's all I keep thinking is how so you work out the hot spots...

    Coil-Wick Hybrid, if you will...

Alright folks, I had a pretty random idea earlier but got really busy and couldn't put much more thought into it. Now as I lay me down to sleep I'm feeling kinda restless, mind racing a little so I figured I'd just put it out there and read some feedback in the morning. Was just going through...

    To All Reonaut Veterans...

Just put 2 & 2 together and realized this is directed at veterans because it's Veteran's Day... this damn head cold must've fried some brain cells...lol. I thought it was just another Reo convert thanking all the fine folks in this sub forum for their knowledge and direction... That being...

And They Said It Was Impossible!

Thanks again for your generosity, I look forward to giving this a try and will be sure to post my feedback in the Mr. Mundy's thread. Just had a crazy idea I may have to play around with soon as well. Not sure how feasible, but I am absolutely open to any and all feedback. I will start...

Drilled out air hole and lung hitting now......

I have the same issue: for a whole bunch of 18 and 12mg juice laying around that I'm not about to waste, so I've just been cutting it with straight VG. Some of the lighter flavors have led me to bite the bullet and just order another small bottle of zero nic same flavor to dilute, but just...

    Coil question for the RM2

I've only wrapped microcoils for my rm2 so far for that exact reason - hot legs aren't an issue with a micro so you just leave whatever form you use to wrap in the coil while you position wherever you want the coil to sit. Tighten down the screws, measure your resistance, and give a dry fire to...

And They Said It Was Impossible!

Awesome, thanks for the link. Any way I can get my hands on a little of the already made stuff to try before I order 50ft of this ribbon? Not trying to beg, I'll gladly pay or trade if someone wants to shoot me a pm. I've been playing around with different builds all day and keep coming back to...

    another noob reo thread...

Luckily, one mouth/lung-ful of burnt cotton and you quickly learn that flavor change right before that burnt hit. The rm2 really is a great little atomizer. I only slightly flooded it once on the first day while getting used to the whole squonking thing. It's been going strong ever since.

    It's all about the WOOD!

Oh, is this where we place out orders? Sweet!! Alright, I would LOVE to get my hands on a Blue Mahoe woodvil if Robert happened to actually get his hands on some of that to work with. Seriously I will bite, claw, and eye-gouge for the chance to own one of those: If that's just not...

New reo owner with rm2 and question about flavor

A drill would probably work best/fastest, but I was just playing - took a long length of 28awg kanthal, folded in half, pinched the two tag ends with needle nose pliers, slid a screwdriver into the loop end and turned the wire until I got a fairly tight twist. Then just made an 8 wrap 1/16 id...

New reo owner with rm2 and question about flavor

Have you tried twisting whatever wire you already have? I was running a 0.7 ohm coil, flavor was good, vapor was decent, but I just wanted more. Not enough wraps for my liking even with 28 gauge wire. I usually like to run at least 8 wraps - feel like more surface contact creates more/better...

Easiest way ever to thread cotton yarn

Ever try just applying a drop of e-liquid to one end of the yarn, twisting into a point, and threading. Much simpler and you don't run the risk of vaping any residual glue that may rub off on the coil while threading. I do cut my yarn on the bias as well, so I'm with you on that point.
