    Brings to mind a comment below a negative ecig article on the Net that started out with ANTZ comments...Followed by tons and tons of esmokers glorifying ecigarettes. Finally, a frustrated ANTZ posted ... Who invited the e-cigarette community ??!! :tongue:

    FDA fines Johnson & Johnson subsidiary $1.6 Billion for marketing "misbranded" drug, same could occur for e-cigs if Deeming Reg is imposed

    I'm sure the FDA will target distributor's labeling of e-liquids. Easy target for them and the FDA will feel they are bullet-proof from lawsuits.

    I would think if a NYC Marathon runner wanted to show vaping can be part of a healthy life style ... He would make sure there would be a video or at least be documented by those who would post it on the Net with a picture of him vaping.
