    You can slip on an o ring over the top cap threads to play with the hole placement. Play with different thicknesses rings to get it just where you want it.

    You hit it dead center. High quality batteries will lessen that effect a bit, but the regulated will eliminate it. That is the main reason that I like VV or VW. The battery drop off without one bugs me.

    You might want to check out the Precise from Super T Manufacturing. It has several battery configurations, is all mechanical, and if you use it with a Kick you can go VW with it.

    Many thanks lorderos33. Griff's Leather Mod Holsters in the modder/supplier forum is what I'm looking at as a possibility. The Katana has the same base measurement as a Provari so it should not be a problem for him.
