    I asked a customs agent in Toronto in March and he said no issues if it was for personal use. My last trip back to Canada in early July I brought back a small amount for personal use (20 ml between 3 bottles) and had no issues.

    Actually I looked up online and it said the cigarettes were only 0.5 mg nicotine each - b&h menthol ultra light 100's. So that's 25 mg a day. I think the nic strength for vaping is a combo of strength of analogs on top of count. But you're the first person I've heard who had a similar issue...
