    Halo Triton!

Yes Jeffsview, me too! One of the reasons that I went with the Halo Triton rather than piecing together a less expensive eGo/clearomizer solution for myself is that Halo is doing the R&D making sure that the sum of the parts is optimal. Some vapers that I know keep telling me that I could have...

    Coupon?

I agree stevegmu! I kind of get weary of all the vaping gear that has a given list price, but then almost constantly has mark down coupons...makes me suspect that the markdown price is what it should have been all along anyway. Among Triton-like eGo/vGo kits I've seen out there, Triton is one...

Anyone ever do a Lazrus on a G6 manual battery?

Great! :) Glad that they made the offer.

Yep, Happy Mother's Day to all you moms out there!

What do you carry your Triton in?

Yes, thanks stevegmu, that might be a choice for me as well! It looks like maybe you could get up to the 900mah Triton in there. No problem for me as for carrying around, I stick to the 650mah batts anyway.

    Triton tanks

I used to think the same way about eGo sized batteries. However, one thing I have come to discover: If I am out vaping in public, sometimes in places where cigarettes would be unacceptable, I am more comfortable vaping something that does NOT look much like a traditional cigarette. Besides...

What do you carry your Triton in?

So far, I am using a medium eGo case to carry the extra stuff...spare battery/tank or a bottle of ejuice with a usb charger. I tend to carry my "current in use" ecig in my shirt pocket. I only use my longer batts at home anyway. The JC Vea leather case though sounds like a very good idea! It...

    Halo Triton!

Anybody wants to check out a an excellent review of the Triton, Spinfuel did a great job evaluating it. It was one of the deciding factors for me. The New Halo Cigs ‘Triton’ eCigarette – The Review | Spinfuel Magazine

Disappointed in Halo's Customer "No" Service

Really? No offense but if that scared you off you have an incredibly low tolerance. Stuff happens...folks get frustrated. This would be an incredibly small sample to judge anything by. As a matter of fact, I recently received my Halo Triton kit. Ordered on Sunday, got it Thursday. The order went...

    Triton tanks

It is a little hit and miss with LR cartomizers. They can bring the most out of some ejuices, but on the other hand can make some flavors harsh...you just have to match what you are using to bring out the "sweet spot" in different ejuices. When possible, using a vv battery is an easier and more...

    Triton tank resistance

I don't get too yanked out about multimeter readings on these...the tiniest hint of oil off your fingers, placement of the probes, etc. will easily account for several tenths of an ohm difference, I think that the 2.2 - 2.4 designation on the standard coils is close enough and coils are not...

    G6 Mini-tank

Absolutely! I love the Triton tanks but am not always ready to fill 2.4ml of ejuice. Those little tanks come in handy. I have not yet purchased the Halo minis, as I have a few kanger M3s still, and they fill the same purpose. I'll sure be ordering some Halo mini tanks though.

    Triton tanks

Yes, but coils can be persnickety and they are the "engine" of the tank. At $2.50 a pop, I'll stick with the Halo coils...saving 50 cents or so for a T2 coil isn't worth it to me. I haven't managed to burn out a coil yet on my first Triton tank, and it is going on 3 weeks, still vapes good as new.

Anxiously awaiting my first "real" setup...

True enough! Different ejuices definitely have different sweet-spots temp-wise, and air flow would affect that.

Anxiously awaiting my first "real" setup...

I'd recommend just buying the "standard" cone. It is short enough that you won't block the airflow with your lips which can happen with the longer cone which comes with the Triton kit. Unless the longer cone can work with the G6 mini-tank, I would've recommended Halo supply the short cone...

Anxiously awaiting my first "real" setup...

Another idea: You could buy the replacement coils at the next higher resistance which might smooth out the Menthol Ice. Different ejuices seem to do better with more...or less "cooking".

    Least Sweet tobacco flavor?

Funny, as I do like some sweet flavored ejuices...but not so much with tobacco flavors. I have yet to try Longhorn, but that is next on my list...along with Malibu...I do like variety!

    Triton tanks

The atomizer on the Triton tank (which is a clearomizer) is the coil/wick assembly which screws into the tank. The silicone collar is the silicone "sleeve" that covers the coil assembly. Yes, the metal air tube is the tube which the coil screws into, allowing air flow.

Anxiously awaiting my first "real" setup...

I have the 650mah batteries and a 900mah for relaxing at home. I was also worried about "carry-a-bility" for on the go, at work, etc. and was considering a G6 battery and cartomizer or mini tank for that reason. As it turns out, the Triton 650mah battery and tank only come in at 1" longer than...
