    So they go to congress in April and say something like: "Hello Congress, we are about to do x,y,and z." Then there is a public comment period. Any Idea how long that period is? The they just start doing whatever they announce to congress. Correct?

    I was number 4653. I'm not sure it will help, but I think we need to at least be able to say we did everything we could. I also posted comments at regulations.gov the other day.

    So really they are going to do whatever they are going to do regardless? The deal with congress is just an FYI type statement or does congress have to actually approve whatever they decide to do??

    I agree that BT is definately the lesser of the 2 evils here. Even if BT leaves higher end PV's and smaller companies alone. Will smaller companies be able to absord the expense of conforming to the coming FDA regulation?? I mean the ones that aren't bought out by BT of course...
