Nope...I would just switch from the crappy evic battery if you are using it to a decent IMR. The evic shouldn't fire something shorted or below it's range anyway. So coil it, screw it on, see what it reads at. A multi-meter is not a bad thing to have but not necessary. Get an igo-l, wrap...- Fury83
