Looks nice and glad you are happy but...you're actually vaping straight from the battery at that setting. The DNA20 doesn't step down power so if your battery is at 4.0 volts or over and your atty is 2.1 ohms, it's not regulating. It'll start once you get to 3.9 volts on the battery. Hot off... -

You want to use kanthal, it's like $8ish from Temco with free shipping for 100 hundred feet of 28ga. Kanthal Wire 28 Gauge RW0118 - 100 Ft 0.61oz Series A-1 Resistance AWG That will last you quite a while. You may want to start with 30ga though. -

Depends on the brass but you could in theory get heavy metal poisoning. No, not the chick in the bikini from the cartoon. I surely would not buy any chinese atomizer with brass-juice contact. Not really well known for their product safety. -
