    It is not like the nemesis (on clone version at least). You will have to adjust the pin on the top to keep it flush when you change batteries.

    I wipe mine off a few times a day with a damp cloth... when I drip to much juice and it spews out the air hole and gets allover my hands.:2cool:

    Just to be clear, Did you adjust the pin to the "patriot" after you took the "squape" off of it? The 510 connectors are usually different lengths. You will have to adjust it for every topper.

    How much e-liquid do you use daily?

    I use 8 - 10 mil a day. I drip a lot and I have a tank set up for when I am on the move.

    Switch upgrade?

    Mine did the same thing. I clean them off the best I can every day or two (until fatdaddy gets the replacements in) and it seems to work. I cut down a (rice?) pin from a nemesis and replaced the one that was in my stingray with it and it works way better now.

    I actually prefer stainless ones. Plastic are ok to but the anodized aluminum ones I can't stand.

    Invest the money in one of those "coil jigs". They make it way easier to make your own even if you have big fat sausage fingers like me. :)

    No I have the black one. I just don't like how I can not adjust the top part of that pin, on a few of my drippers it leaves a huge gap. The adjustable part is really long (I assume its so it has space for a kick), so if you change batteries you have to take the top part off and adjust the pin...

    I have the screw type pin in mine and I hate it (I actually dislike the mod as a whole) if that helps you at all. :unsure:
