    Hello, World

About all you need with a Provari is 2 batterys, charger & an extension if you go with 18650 batterys plus, of course, whatever you like to hold your juice. Seems like most juices are better if you let them age for a few days or more. Some folks like to open the juice and let air get to it...

    Too much?

When I first quit smoking I used the patch (first step) and vaped 18mg juice heavily, I didn't feel anything different, but my blood pressure went up noticeably so after 7 days I dropped the patch and BP went back to normal levels. Don't Do That........ Ever!!

I agree that an attitude like that will cause us a problem in the future. I don't vape in any establishment, I can wait, just like I did when smoking.

    Vaping instead of smoking

I did both for a few months, but found that vaping was helping me smoke much less, then one day I just quit smoking and now I feel so much better I don't even consider lighting up.;)

Hi from NY, first day vaping, last day smoking

Welcome to the ECF, good luck, the first few hours are the hardest, I just kept my PV close at hand so I could grab a vape whenever I got the urge to light up (which was often at first, I smoked for 66 years) soon the urges get further and further apart, and now I don't even consider starting again.
