    Don't be nervous, because they still cannot call nicotene tobacco. If anything they will have to put the juice in the same category with gums patches etc. I say a good lawyer which I know we have several on our side, will eat this alive. It would have to be lumped in the same category as patches...

    Thats a good thing imho, it generates revenue for the city. Imho its not villifying pv's or the juice, and the Ca. on line vendors that I have done business do charge tax.....
