    I think we are, and quiet as kept we have a lot of support from non smokers. Also once we educate as we go along the majority come to our side. There are a few who will always have a bug up their rears but poo poo on them.

    Vendors are going to have to tighten up their websites. Age verification if necessary on a website is no problem for a good webmaster.

    I have no problem with age verification. But when it comes to restricting my freedom then yes thats where I have the problem.

    They may put the responsibility on the vendors. If so like i may have read here somewhere the purchaser would have to fax a copy of their ID to the online vendor.

    One note to bring up, is that the more people that turn to ecigs or vaping reduces the risk of a lit cigarette starting a brush fire.
