    well, it keeps losing connection to the internet now...at least twice a day and when I reset the modem and router it starts working again...husband says its bc of the thick walls in the house (its a wireless connection) but those thick walls didn't stop it before...it only started happening...

    It should light up all the way. If not there is a hot spot. Make sure to give it time to light up. My dual coil is slow...one of the coils lights up and then finally the second one but it takes a second or so.
