The sophia looks exactly like a carto (i think its the same size as an XL carto so 45mm). The little tank i got with it is just a tiny wee carto tank really - it's shorter because the top inch or so of the sophia has to stick out of the top so that you can twist it (to control the juice flow)... -

Just out of interest, what is it you are looking for that you can get from a mech, but not a VV/VW device? I have a mech, but rarely use it although it is superbly well made and gives a great vape i prefer using VV or VW mods. -
