    Is there a foolproof way to rebuild EVOD/Protank coils?

    Try different amount of cotton would be your ticket. May be use peaches and cream for consistent diameter of the wick? I unravel and use 3 strands and fold over (Thread thru with a piece of wire). Works good every time. Cheers

    Yes. That looks like a good driper to start. You can use the Coil building calculator posted above. And start with 32G or 30G kanthal. Shoot for 1.2 Ohm and above and you will be fine. My coils average around 1.5 to 1.8 Ohm. Have fun.

    Yep. Somethings not right. I have a few mods and none have given me problems. Marstech (side fire mech), 2 Nemi clones, Vamo v3, MPV and a few ego's. All works great! Are you rough with your mods? Just asking. Cheers

    I do it different. I don't prime the wick. Coil, wick (just lay the cotton next to the channels), fill (either from the top or bottom), do a dry puff and it's all good. May be too much cotton in the coil itself? Just a idea. Cheeers

    Known Vendor/seller is the keyword here.....There is a seller on flashlight forum that sells AW batteries for years who is reputed to carry the real stuff. Battery junction and FT are others.

    I would not touch the efest batteries with a tenfootpool even there are lots of peeps here that swears by them. I would only use sony V4 or V5 batteries or bust! Good luck

    Try smaller size. It needs to fit. I have used tooth picks, and they work fine before I picked up a mini screw driver set from dollar store and one of them fit just great for a built. Cheers
