    I shoot for 1.5 to 1.8 Microcoil. Using 30G Kanthal. Biggest mini screwdriver that fit in the slot of the coil and there are never trouble! with cotton. I would suggest getting some 30G. Cheers

    I'm no expert but though about trying vertical coil? It could help since the coil would have more wicking all around it instead of just in the middle of the kanthal? A few things you may want to indicate tho..kanthal ga, coil diameter, number of wraps and pg/vg ratio. Cheers
