    Yes. Usually you can tell by just looking the the coil. If the wire have built up that you can see, dry burn and wash. Not enough vapor after dry burn, then its time. Cheers

    May be you can replace the coil on the tank. We don't know what type it is. Can you post up a picture or a link to the produce? Usually the coil will last a few days to months if cleaned regularly. Cheers

    New and leaking, that is unacceptable. I would return them and get Protank 2. Leaking on the mini, Make sure that the stem on the head is tight. Also the head is screwed thigh on the base. Check that the rubber grommet is fitted correctly on the stem of the head. Good luck
