    Only thing you could do is buy the super concentrated flavors that some vendors sell, I don't know of any way to make any flavor more concentrated, maybe one of the chemists we have around here will have other advice.

    I DIY and have never yet come across a flavor that needs 25%. Sometimes you can add too much flavor and that can have the opposite affect to what you are trying to achieve. Less is more usually. What flavors are you using?
