Nah, it's different. The madvapes has two connectors, but functionality is the same. The madvapes one isn't rechargeable, you need two AA batteries. As far as the point earlier in the thread wrt multimeters, yeah I agree--until you build a mess of coils and want to test them. This rig is worth... -

How to feed wick through coils?
As dturp said, it depends on what you're vaping. I vape unflavored, and the wick lasts a week or more (depending on whether I've built a new coil or whether I've burnt it by forgetting to squonk). I'm actually at the point where the wick lasts as long as the coil :D -

I leave it where it is. I'm vaping at or below 1 ohm, and as far as I'm concerned it's fine. YMMV :) -

^^^This Function over form. I wasn't a fan to start with. I used carto tanks on the road, and dripped at home. I reached the 'there's gotta be a better way' threshold and began to hunt around. Somehow I ended up in Reoville where a bunch of really nice people (...?...) were raving on about this... -
