    I use 32 gauge around 3 mm silica. 5/6 wraps gives me roughly 1.7 just about every time. I tried using cotton, but couldn't get the right amount down to use so I would get either flooding or dry hits. I use cotton in my rba's.

    Don't give up on it! Quality control isn't the best on many of these products, it's likely a bad batch. Pick up a new box of them and a different type of clearomizer, such as the iclear 16 and give it a shot.

    Definitely sounds like something isn't right. How much vapor is it producing? What do you have your voltage set at? Did you give a little time or a few unpowered primer puffs to make sure there was plenty of juice inside the coil?

    Mt. Baker Vapor is a very popular vendor around here, largely due to their pricing. Just be sure you love the flavor you choose because that is a ton of juice, roughly a 5-6 month supply for someone who vapes 2-3 ml per day.
