    I find anything running in Windows seems to be slower. Too many back ground processes going on. When you have Gates and Windows things can get bogged down trying to get through.

    American Spirit former smoker here. Pretty much the same thing. I also never had the morning buzz when smoking the first cigarette of the day like I did when smoking Camels. I smoked full flavor, rarely lights. There were also no jitters when I would go without for several hours with AS.

    It took me about a month when the lungoids quit on a regular basis. Occassionaly have a few but it is spring and the polin is thick around here.

    FF is what I use. I have even more added security using a Linux operating system. I have Chrome loaded but rarely use it. It is a bit faster than FF.
