Really? Did they have BVC coils installed or the sub-par BDC coils. So many folks had bad things to say about the original BDC coils that I never even bothered to try them. Mini vFate Issues
You can solve the first problem by wiping off the threads on both the cap and the tube whenever you refill. What you are experiencing is small amounts of juice from inside the cap being forced down the outside threads of the tube when you replace the cap. it them seeps down inside the metal... -
