    I cant say I noticed any thing with my teeth. What I did see was that my fingers and finger nails lost that yellow tinge. And that big ugly bic lighter callous on my thumb is gone. That always bugged me. Yuck.

    Nice sentiments Arnie. I can only add that I still use my 2 pretty pink Joytech egos that I started with 13 month ago. The are alive and kicking! but not so pretty any more. I even trusted one to take on my errands I ran today. Sometimes simple can go a long way. :)

    I am a veteran by date, but not by rebuild/mod knowledge. I spend as much time in the new member forum as I do in the general forum. Some times I can help the newly starting people. Some times it feels good to say "hello" and hear how happy they are to finaly have quit smoking

    I also start with a higher nic level in the AM and if out and about. But I drop down at night to a very low level, yet a very highly flavored dessert eliquid. Keeps me away from the night time ice cream sugar cravings and does not mess up my sleep.
