If you have at least 4 18650 batteries laying around you can just pick up one of those containers that lets you put 4 of them in to make your own battery pack. That would be at lest 8000 mAh and should be cheaper cause you are using your own batteries.- FrostyWolf

Yup, if Canada does it for whatever Fasttech claimed your package was worth, (I assume what you paid or less) then you might just want to stay away from importing.
